Easter is just around the corner and it’s time to start thinking about what to do with your long weekend…four days, remember!
Central to Easter is, of course, chocolate and as you already know we cater for that in spades. What you may not know is that we do get some Easter themed items in around this time of year. They’re so popular they sell out fast but you can see what we have in stock right here.
Another big part of Easter is spending time with family, typically around the dinner table with a lavish lunch or dinner to enjoy. I’ve got two superb recipes for you, one with chicken, one with lamb, that your family and friends are sure to enjoy.
The first is Ginger Ale-Can Chicken. This is such an unusual way to cook a roast chicken but the results are absolutely incredible. The second is a more traditional rack of lamb with mustard sauce. What I like about this one is that it’s so incredibly simple to do but your guests will think you’ve slaved for hours trying to get it just right!
You’ll need a dessert too and while we’ve published loads of dessert recipes over the years, for me this is the one you want. A stupidly simple no bake chocolate cake. It is Easter after all!
Now what about drinks? Our range of soda is absolutely fine for young and old and I urge you to have a browse and see what takes your fancy.
