2011 was a busy year and we expect 2012 to be even busier.
We shipped a remarkable 31,262 individual orders – some of which were well over £1,000 each! We brought in more new products than ever (or reintroduced some we hadn’t had in a while!), including Now & Later in a rainbow of flavours, Mountain Dew Throwback, new kinds of Wonka Nerds, Wonka Everlasting Gobstoppers, Snyder’s Pretzels and loads more. We ran several hugely successful competitions on both Twitter and Facebook. And we joined Foursquare, offering up some nice freebies for those who checked into our shop in Ashton.
So what do we have planned for 2012?
Even More New American Sweets, Drinks and Groceries
We’ll be looking to introduce an even bigger range of drinks, sweets and foods from the good ol’ US of A. In fact, we’ve already started with the addition of Pepsi Throwback and Jolly Rancher Soda!
Every request we get from you we take note of and if there is enough demand for something we go out and try our hardest to get it. A prime example of this is Jolly Rancher Gummies, which we introduced in November after huge demand for them. Keep your requests coming in via the “Request A Product” tool on our homepage and we’ll see what we can do for you. 
Better Service
We are constantly looking to improve the service we give you, whether that is over the phone, via email in store or in our deliveries. 2012 will see us continue to do that. We’re currently looking for better courier services, hoping to lower shipping costs if at all possible and will continue to provide the great service we are known for on the phone. If there is a specific issue you need to talk to us about, then do just pick up the phone and call our hotline (0161 359 3655). Our Customer Service staff are on hand 10am-7pm, Monday to Friday to help you out.
More Competitions, More Offers, More FUN!
In 2011 we ran an unprecedented number of competitions as we’ve said. We want to increase that, not only to give you the chance to win even more American goodies, but also to make being an American Soda customer even more fun. Hi Craig. I’m not going to go into detail, no, but I can tell you that most are for lots and lots of drinks, though there was one for a lot of Nabisco stuff.
