Jason McGilray - Gordon Brown PM and Ned Dahl Donovan, Grandson of Roald Dahl and Brother-in-Law of Jamie Cullum, I know that there maybe well deserving others but believe me this was hard enough… You all did a great job and this has been such a laugh… so thanks. Oh the prize is £50 worth of Goodies from american soda… I will email the winners, and maybe they could put up a post to say they have got their PRIZE…

When I bumped into Paul Jewell (former Bradford & Wigan football manager) at Manchester Airport last week it got me thinking about the theory that I have often heard that you are only ever 6 steps away from anyone else on the earth.

Six degrees of separation (also referred to as the “Human Web”) refers to the idea that, if a person is one step away from each person they know and two steps away from each person who is known by one of the people they know, then everyone is at most six steps away from any other person on Earth. I mentioned that I am only 4 steps away from the pop group Take That and here is why

My wife’s uncles business partner is the brother of Jason Orange (a member of Take That) so you can see there a three people between me and Take That.

Now here is the little challenge I would like to throw out there.

How close can you get me to someone really famous or important through whom you know. For example if you knew the Queen I would only be 2 steps away from her.

Now I know some of you don’t know me personally or have even seen me but please play along.

Just reply to this post and we will see who can get me close to someone famous or important.

My wife wanted to make a banana cream pie this weekend, there is only one thing for the base, keebler graham pie crust, it is both delicious and ready made (which is the best part), any Jell-O pie filling goes perfectly with it but we are going for banana this time.

You might remember Wonka Sour Nerds from years back, I was a big fan, and I am glad to say I have got them in stock . You might be asking yourself what are they?, well let me try and explain as best I can.

Here goes… Apparantly they are made through a tumbeling process, i.e. you start with a grain of sugar crystal and then tumble in a machine/add more tangy sugary crunchy stuff  and then add the colour.I think thats why they are all irregular shaped. The Lightning Lemon ones are my favirout and they do make my jaw bones explode at the back….. the Apmped Apple however not as powerfull, nevertheless very pleasent. If you have a sweet tooth you must try these out..
